Booster News (notes to parents for 2008-2009):
- The Boosters will meet the first Tuesday of each month at 6pm in the OGHS Library.
- The first meeting will be on August 12th. This meeting will be for parents and students as we
will sign team contracts on this night.
- If you have not signed a drug testing form for your student, they can be picked up and
returned to the front office of the high school. This has to be done before their membership
on the team can be finalized.
- Membership dues have increased to $200.00 to help with the increase in gas prices and other
travel expenses. The other expenses include hotel fees for any overnight stays as well as
purchasing one polo shirt (new for entire team this year) and tournament T-Shirt.
- This year's fundraising will consist of the following: $150.00 each in tournament AD sales,
selling the remaining "OAKGROVE-OPOLY" games, the tournament, and possibly one more
fundraiser in the spring if needed.
