NCFL National
Qualifiers


OGHS is a member of the BCFL, or the Biloxi Catholic Forensic League.  Each year there is a tournament to choose the
BCFL Nationals squad that goes to the National Catholic Forensic League Tournament (NCFL).  BCFL comprises the
southern section of Mississippi, so you can think of it like picking the South State Team in sports.  That is the closest
comparision.  If chosen to compete at NCFL students have the opportunity to compete in Policy Debate, Lincoln-Douglas
Debate, Public Forum Debate, Congress, Extemporaneous Speaking, Original Oratory, Declamation, Oral Interpretation,
Dramatic Performance, and Duo Interpretation.

In 2008, the NCFL National Tournament was held in Appleton, Wisconsin.  The 2009 Tournament will be held in Albany
New York.
